Sales and Marketing Executive : Sri Lanka (Remote)

Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth by generating and nurturing leads in the U.S. and Canada markets. This remote role focuses on prospecting, pipeline management, and crafting compelling proposals.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and texts.
• Lead Nurturing: Engage leads with tailored communication about our services and industry trends.
• Pipeline Management: Track interactions and updates in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, NoCRM).
• Proposal Creation: Develop persuasive, client-focused proposals.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Exceptional English communication (written/verbal).
• Proficient in cold outreach and rapport building.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and sales tools.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a remote setting.
• Tech Proficiency: Experienced with CRM platforms and email/text marketing.  
• Minimum of 1–2 years in business development, sales, or a related role.
• International exposure to Western markets is a strong asset.

• Since BizyCorp / Ekwa Marketing serves US clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame:
• Since we deal primarily with U.S clients, you are expected to work 8 hours between 6:30 pm and 3.30 am (this is non-negotiable). 
• Note:  Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
• You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)
• This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night or early-morning work.
