How You Will Make a Difference

  • Scout and connect top talent by analyzing client vacancies for SMEs and large enterprises.

  • Create irresistible job adverts and promote them across leading recruitment channels to attract high-caliber candidates.

  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates, ensuring only the best talent reaches your clients.

  • Present winning candidates to clients and prospects, shaping their hiring decisions and strengthening relationships.

  • Fuel business growth by supporting commercial activities and proactively developing client opportunities.

  • Manage temporary staffing contracts and agency workers efficiently, keeping operations running smoothly.

  • Stay ahead of deadlines by tracking contracts, extensions, and timesheets with precision.

  • Oversee the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding to performance, leave, and compliance, in collaboration with Payroll and HR teams.

What will make you stand out:

  • You bring proven experience in a client-facing recruitment or staffing role, ideally in an agency environment, and thrive on building strong client partnerships.

  • You have a track record of driving business growth through relationship management and proactive client engagement.

  • You’re confident using social recruiting tools and ATS platforms to source and manage top talent efficiently.

  • Familiarity with Intiway recruiting software is a bonus.

  • You excel at managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client needs to presenting the perfect candidates.

  • Your communication and negotiation skills allow you to confidently engage with decision-makers at all levels.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, you can manage multiple clients, contracts, and deadlines without breaking a sweat.

  • You have a commercial mindset, spotting new business opportunities and acting on them quickly.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy the energy of a high-performing team.

  • A team player at heart, you collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across functions.

  • You have a good command of English, ready to succeed in an international working environment.
