Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Azure
- Implement security best practices including VNet integration, IP whitelisting, API Management (APIM), firewall integration, and network segmentation
- Manage and configure Azure networking, administration, identity management, and security services to support enterprise-grade solutions
- Develop, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and DevOps best practices
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Git, and automation frameworks
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate CVE vulnerabilities, cloud misconfigurations, and security risks across applications and infrastructure
- Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to enable secure, compliant, and efficient cloud deployments
- Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions to improve reliability, operational efficiency, and incident response
- Drive DevSecOps adoption by integrating security controls, automated testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into the software development lifecycle
- Leverage AI and GenAI-powered solutions to automate operational processes, improve threat detection, accelerate incident investigation, optimize cloud resources, and enhance engineering productivity
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments for performance, availability, security, and cost efficiency
- Perform root cause analysis and lead remediation efforts for critical production, security, and operational incidents
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging cloud, DevOps, security, and AI technologies to improve automation, resilience, and overall platform security posture
- Mentor engineers on DevOps, SecOps, cloud security, automation, and AI-driven engineering best practices while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SecOps, Cloud Engineering
- 4+ years of experience implementing and managing CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and observability solutions such as GitHub Actions, Splunk, Dynatrace, Elastic, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), cloud platforms (Azure), and automation technologies
- Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities, cloud misconfigurations, and compliance risks in enterprise environments
- Proven solid collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, and security teams in a highly matrixed environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Proven exposure to AI-driven automation, security monitoring, and operational efficiency solutions
