Job Title: Sales and Commission Analyst
Location: Manila, Philippines
Reports to: Global Head of Sales Operations
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales and Commission Analyst to manage and optimise our global commission structure across all regions. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely incentive payments, maintaining transparency in commission plans, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Global Commission Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of managing the global commission structure, ensuring consistency and compliance across all regions.
Sales Incentive Documentation: Issue annual sales incentive payment letters and commission plans, including onboarding documentation for new starters.
Monthly Commission Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report monthly commission data, providing insights and ensuring accuracy in payments.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales leaders to align commission strategies with business goals and support performance-driven initiatives.
Commission Calculators & Tools: Design and maintain and enhance commission calculators and related tools to ensure scalability and accuracy.
Sales Incentive Programs: Support the design, implementation, and tracking of sales incentive programs to drive engagement and performance.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, Salesforce, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyze trends and present actionable insights.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in sales operations, commission analysis, or financial planning roles.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is highly desirable.
