Nordson Industrial Coating Systems, a leading provider of integrated control systems for industrial processes, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Technical Sales and Application Specialist. You will be in charge of maintaining and developing cooperation with our Top Customers mainly in France and Benelux region.

Summary of the role

Ensuring profitable growth through high level of customers satisfaction supported by your technical and application expertise, sales skills and technical knowledge of Nordson Industrial Coating Systems.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage each customers effectively and ensure high level of satisfaction
  • Develop and execute business strategy for each Top customer according NBS Next with target to secure profitable growth within given territory
  • Performs audits of Nordson application systems, help customers with settings and final tuning of application
  • Use value selling skills to identify & promote latest Nordson products to customer base
  • Conducts training schools for customer personnel
  • Report all activities & customer data in CRM system to ensure complete transparency

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical & sales skills with ability to communicate with customers at all levels
  • Technical education and experience in an industrial environment 5 years+
  • Electrician or experience from that field
  • Experience with 2pc and 3pc spray equipment is an advantage
  • Capable of working independently with structured method of work and high efficiency
  • Team player in a multinational team
  • Language Skills: fluent English and French

Travel

  • Willingness to travel 80% (typically 1-4 day trips)

  • Company Car, Laptop, Cell phone
