- Achieve territory sales targets
- Ensure profitability within the given territory
- Ensure customer satisfaction and also maximize benefit to company and customer
- Provide support in product and application duties, presentations, demostrations and trainings to customer
- Provide technical assistance in systems integration to customer and fast responding
- To have a good knowledge of the medical products and to keep abreast in related technology advances
- Understand and be responsible for the duties and professions of medical device sales representatives
Education
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related fields
- Prefer Medical Device and related
Experience
- At least 5-10 years of sales and technical sales experience in the Surgery or related medical devices industry
Other skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers
- Dynamic and result oriented personality with good business acumen
- Willing to travel
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Understanding SAP , CRM , Sale Force, etc.
