Our Consumer Healthcare business develops and markets consumer preferred and expert recommended brands in the Oral health, Pain relief, Respiratory, Gastro-intestinal and Skin health categories.

Key Responsibilities
The role has the following key deliverables:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use innovative analytics to identify trends, create performance reports, and drive decision-making insights..
- Forecasting & Predictive Modeling: Build models to forecast sales and support data-driven sales strategies.
- Sales Process Optimization: Develop analytics to improve sales processes, KPIs, and customer targeting.
- Collaborative Strategy Support: Partner with sales and marketing to align goals and provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
Knowledge/Education Required
Minimum Level of Education Required
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence) is a plus
Sales capability strategy development and activation experience.
Budgeting and forecasting experience with commercial and financial acumen.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
Experience with statistical software or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data modeling and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field

The incumbent would be required to plan yearly business, provide long term forecast, manage spends and ensure ROI. Also required is ability to make decisions based on cutting edge analytics and tools to keep the business in course.

Previous Experience Required
Experience: 6-7 years in sales analytics, business analytics, or a similar analytical role.
Hands-on experience with sales performance analysis, forecasting, and creating data-driven strategies.
Background in supporting sales or marketing teams with analytics to optimize processes and drive growth is highly desirable.
