ARCH US MI Services, Inc., seeks Sales Analyst in Greensboro, NC.

Job Duties:                 

Create report dashboards for sales stakeholders using Market data, Cognos BI, and Salesforce. Provide research, trend analysis, territory analysis, market intelligence, reporting of data analytics, territory analysis, dashboard creation, market share tracking and training. Support Sales in creating customized reports and scheduled reporting through the Cognos BI portal and Salesforce. Create and maintain CU reporting and analysis using BI tools and market data. Create and maintain Lender reporting and analysis using external data sources. Research issues with compensation and crediting using the BI reports and Salesforce system. Work with Salesforce front-end customer questions with a focus on improving business processes within Salesforce and other system of records. Be part of the training and guiding initiatives on Salesforce Maps and other Salesforce related tools. Code, review and quality control (QC) on all Salesforce front/backend processes.

Qualifications:                

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered, as Analyst or related position. #LI-DNI

Must have:

• 1 year of experience with SQL, Excel for data analytics, and Microsoft Access.
• Experience with PowerBI.

Hybrid work model position working 2 days in office and 3 days remote from within normal commuting distance of the office location.
