As a Sales Analyst, you will transform data into actionable business insights that support strategic planning, sales performance, and business growth.
This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to analyze performance trends, develop reporting tools, and identify opportunities that drive results. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, building dashboards, and helping teams make informed business decisions.
How You'll Make an Impact- Analyze sales performance, distributor activity, inventory trends, and market data to identify opportunities and provide actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Monitor sales performance, territory activity, distributor inventory, and key business metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support forecasting, business reviews, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms while continuously improving reporting processes and business intelligence capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Experience supporting business reporting, performance management, or operational analysis.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level summaries.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems.
- Experience supporting sales operations, territory management, forecasting, or market analysis.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard development.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or technology-driven organizations.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
