Sales Support Specialist

• Location: Budapest, Hungary

• Function:  Sales

Overview

This role is to support excellence  of sales execution in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Marketing and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Project management on repacked products and displays: follow up on process

• Input and coordinate an internal process called One List, dealing with promo SKU codes

• Coordinate POS production and distribution

• Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports

• Sales related administration (database maintenance, filling listing data sheets)

• Drive Process Improvements through cross-functional collaboration across the business

• Assist Sales Managers in evaluating all aspects of business performance

• Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed

Experience you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in FMCG in a department such as Logistics, Demand/Supply planning, Operational Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales is preferred

• Basic knowledge of the national trading market

• Good MS Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

• Fluent English (oral and written)

• Some level of project management experience could be helpful

Job requirements

• Full or Part-Time, typical work hours & shifts, days of week,

• Percentage of travel time expected, where the travel occurs, whether the travel is overnight ( >10%)
