As a sales analyst you will act as the point of contact for internal and external customer onboarding requests.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization including Sales, Fulfillment teams, to name a few, in order to provide a comprehensive and seamless boarding experience.
What you’ll do
- Prioritize and coordinate execution of requests for a timely and accurate service delivery.
- Process boarding requests based on information provided in Master Service Agreements, Application for Service or 3rd party platforms.
- Track/follow up on status of each request, keep Customers/Partner informed of request status and respond to questions or inquiries.
- Provide post-sales support required to deliver products and services, including installation, delivery, and maintenance.
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and ensure that customer is set up for organization to deliver agreed upon product or service..
- Perform quality control on processed requests.
- Process boarding requests in SalesForce based on information provided in Master Service Agreements, Application for Service, manuals or 3rd party platforms.
- Prioritize and coordinate execution of requests for a timely and accurate service delivery.
What experience you need to be eligible:
- 2 years of experience servicing B2B North American clients via email channels.
- English skills both oral and written (B2+).
- High School Diploma completed.
- Type 35+ words per minute.
- Proven experience in a backoffice, implementation, or technical account management role.
- Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel/Google Sheets) for reporting and trend analysis.
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
- Experience with software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Google)
- Experience in Workforce Solutions or Human Capital Management (HCM) industries is a significant plus.
- Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, data dictionaries, layouts, data formats.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Marketing majors are a plus).
- Experience in financial or credit reporting agency.
