With an appreciation for how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Archetype pieces are realized in authentic materials, rich textures and graphic silhouettes. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals, and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join the team full time at our store in Nordiska Kompaniet. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service, building lasting customer relationships, and driving business across all areas, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.

• Support daily operations and achieve sales targets by working both independently and collaboratively.

• Contribute to merchandising and styling efforts to maintain a visually compelling and brand-aligned store environment.

• Plan and execute daily store operations.

• Uphold and work towards TOTEME’s company standards, objectives, and performance goals.

• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within high-end retail or with a strong lifestyle brand.

• Confident in delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.

• Interest in fashion, styling, and storytelling with an understanding of luxury service.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s store in Nordiska Kompaniet, starting as soon as possible.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
