Sales Advisor

Fabletics is opening a shop-in-shop at KaDeWe, one of Europe’s most iconic department stores. We are looking for a full-time Sales Advisor who will represent the Fabletics brand on the shop floor and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a premium retail environment. 
 
This role is offered as a full-time, permanent position (unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag) with 40 hours per week. 
​About the Role 
As a Sales Advisor, you will be jointly responsible for the daily operation of the Fabletics shop-in-shop. There is no on-site Store Manager, so this role requires a high level of ownership, reliability, and teamwork. You will work closely with your fellow associates and collaborate with Fabletics headquarters and KaDeWe partners as needed.

Key Responsibilities 
- Represent the Fabletics brand, culture, and values at all times. 
- Deliver an outstanding, personalized customer experience. 
- Engage customers with product knowledge (fit, fabrics, functionality). 
- Drive sales performance and personal selling. 
- Process transactions via the KaDeWe POS system. 
- Manage daily shop-in-shop operations. 
- Maintain visual merchandising standards. 
- Support inventory management and deliveries. 
- Communicate operational needs to Fabletics HQ. 
- Ensure health, safety, and security compliance. 
 
What You Bring 
- At least 1 year of retail experience. 
- Strong customer service mindset. 
- Interest in an active lifestyle. 
- Independent and reliable working style. 
- POS system experience. 
- Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays. 
- Professional working proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to confidently communicate in a customer service environment. (Interviews will be held in both languages). 
- Minimum age: 18.
