Job Title: Sales Administrator (6 Month Contract)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Placement Administrator (Interim) to support the end-to-end administration of contractor placements within our recruitment business. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance completion, and smooth handover of placements to the Pay & Bill team.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Master Data Administration
- Create, maintain, and update accurate placement, client, and candidate records
- Ensure master data meets internal quality standards
- Identify and correct data issues before downstream processing
Placement Review & Pay & Bill Handover
- Review placements for accuracy and completeness
- Validate dates, pay rates, charge rates, and contractual terms
- Act as a quality control point to minimise errors and delays
Compliance Administration
- Review compliance requirements for each placement
- Track and update compliance completion status
- Chase outstanding documentation with consultants
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready compliance records
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communicator able to work across teams
- Experience working with CRM systems or databases (preferred)
- Previous administration experience (recruitment or compliance environment beneficial but not essential)

- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate effectively with Consultants, Compliance, and Pay & Bill teams
