Job Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Administrator will collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and assist in achieving sales targets.
What you’ll do:
The key responsibilities for this role are as follows. However, the responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
- Support our Sales Managers with the generation of proposals templates, completing vendor forms or other documentations as required by the customer.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, delivery order, purchase order and updating of licenses report or other reports etc
- Responsible for sales operations i.e. processing of sales orders, generation of reports and issuing of license keys, invoices submission etc
- Support the sales team on any other back-end sales related activities.
