What You’ll Do:
The Sales Administrative Representative will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in Thailand to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day sales operations.
This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate sales documentation, supporting internal processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales-related activities. Basic familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred, though advanced expertise is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review sales-related documents including quotations, proposals, contracts, and customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service to support smooth operational processes and timely responses to customer needs.
Assist the sales team in tracking pending customer information, documentation, and internal approvals.
Monitor ongoing activities and follow up on existing projects, sales opportunities, and upcoming business activities.
Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data management within internal systems and CRM tools.
Provide general administrative support to facilitate efficient sales operations and internal coordination.
Support process improvements and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to sales administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, purchasing, or administrative roles in a business environment.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Intermediate English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience working in a multinational company or B2B environment will be beneficial.
A proactive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams.
