What You’ll Do:

The Sales Administrative Representative will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in Thailand to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day sales operations.

This role plays an important part in maintaining accurate sales documentation, supporting internal processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales-related activities. Basic familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred, though advanced expertise is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review sales-related documents including quotations, proposals, contracts, and customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service to support smooth operational processes and timely responses to customer needs.

  • Assist the sales team in tracking pending customer information, documentation, and internal approvals.

  • Monitor ongoing activities and follow up on existing projects, sales opportunities, and upcoming business activities.

  • Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data management within internal systems and CRM tools.

  • Provide general administrative support to facilitate efficient sales operations and internal coordination.

  • Support process improvements and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to sales administration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, purchasing, or administrative roles in a business environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Intermediate English communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Experience working in a multinational company or B2B environment will be beneficial.

  • A proactive mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams.
