Job Description

As an Invoicing Specialist on the Supply Chain team, you will make a positive impact by:
- Managing and overseeing customer invoice creation and submission, ensuring all deliveries have been accurately accounted for.
- Facilitating regular reconciliation of internal SAP system to external client portal, correcting any misalignments swiftly and accurately.
- Placing POs within the SAP system and completing line item receipts as approved.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to open orders and invoicing.
- Creating and managing sales orders within SAP.
- Preparing regular reports on order status, invoicing accuracy and PO completion status for management, as well as customer review.
Qualifications
Qualifications we’re looking for.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, such as: invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales order management, etc.
- Proven experience in a customer facing role.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive to always be looking for process improvement opportunities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Abilities:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to change course with short notice and reprioritize tasks.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field strongly preferred.
