We are seeking a detail-focused, driven, and collaborative individual to join our dynamic team in Astana. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, self-confidence, and a strong commitment to achieving results while exceeding customer expectations.
What will you do?
The purpose of this role is to perform back-office tasks, which help the sales team to spend more time with our customers.
This role supports sales in making tenders and orders, creating the order / contract / equipment in SAP, and maintaining the customer data in CRM and SAP.
The sales administration and support can also perform other tasks under the supervision of the sales management.
Are you the one?
Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Engineering, Business Administration, etc)
Native in Russian is mandatory and a good level of English is required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering trust and teamwork
Strong organizational skills, with experience in prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively
A customer-oriented mindset
Advanced office tools literacy, contractual and financial understanding,
Experienced in MS Office,
Resident in Astana.
