Job Description

EarthCam is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team with proposal preparation, CRM updates, opportunity routing, and general coordination across the sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping work organized, supporting team execution, and ensuring important documentation and communication stay accurate and on track.

You will play an important role in helping maintain the structure and responsiveness of our sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and proofread proposals and sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including contact details and activity notes
  • Answer incoming sales calls and route inquiries appropriately
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive
  • Support coordination of client meetings and conference calls
  • Track proposal deadlines and submission timelines
  • Assist with preparation of sales presentations and supporting materials
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and customer documentation
  • Coordinate internal scheduling and documentation requests across departments
  • Support pipeline tracking updates as requested by the sales team
  • Assist with general administrative support for the sales organization

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer support, or office coordination roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience supporting proposals or documentation workflows is a plus
  • Experience working in a B2B environment is a plus
