ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To help the sales team in the onboarding of new partners.

To help follow through unresolved partner issues for onboarding, kitting, and delivery.

To do trade checks and perform on-ground resolution and escalation management.

QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum requirements in terms of experience and background, skills and competencies for sourcing purposes)
Experience

Proven Work Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role, handling administrative tasks related to sales processes. Has to have trade and on ground experience.

Sales Data Management: Familiarity with managing and organizing sales data, including lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.

Order Processing: Knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and coordinating with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance).

Sales Support: Exposure to providing support to the sales team, handling inquiries, and assisting with customer requests.
Skills

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, documents, and sales-related paperwork efficiently.
