- Be the focal point to receive information from Sales Department to support sales tasks and monitor daily and monthly business indicators;
- Collect, synthesize and analyze reporting data as required by the Line Manager;
- Prepare documents, attend meetings and monitor progress of work implementation as directed by the Sales Head;
- Support the Sales to monitor, urge and supervise the implementation of planning policies in provinces/cities nationwide;
- Support the Sales to develops and takes care of major partners and clients;
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Participate and take an important part in operation works, including:
+ Business figures reconciliation;
+ Operation procedure development;
+ Business analysis and UAT for all apps/webs/portals as required;
+ Follow up off-line sale activities, procedures & data reports;
+ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders settle operational requirements;
+ Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, thoughtful, flexible and principled;
- Good-looking appearance, standard voice, good communication;
- Know how to take care of and expand relationships effectively
- Communicate well in English;
- Be fond of technology and proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel;
- Candidates with experience in the following industries: non-insurance, technology, ticket agent is priority
