Overview: Our client
is one of the longest established Food & Beverage distributors in Barbados
with a strong existing client base. Due to growth, they are seeking to appoint
a professional to add to the team.
Support the Sales Admin and Distribution team
in their roles of:
- Liaising with Customers,
Suppliers, Customs Broker’s and Freighters.
- Securing and placing
orders
- Processing documents for customs purposes
- Invoicing customers
- Coordinate and assist
with the delivery of goods.
- Maintaining accurate
record of stock movement
- Assist “walk in”
customers in outlet store.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate
effectively, efficiently and enthusiastically.
- Experienced with
Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate numerical
competence
- Previous experience in Food
Service and / or Grocery Retail sectors preferred.
- A valid driving license
would be an advantage.
