Your unique contribution

The Sales Activation Coordinator holds a multifunctional role across both the Customer Marketing and Field Sales teams.

You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager on the delivery of activation plans to the field sales teams. Engaging with several different stakeholders from Brand teams, Customer Marketing to the Sales teams they coordinate to ensure plans are executed on time, in full. Other duties include coordinating the day-to-day management of the Field Sales teams. Please note this is a fixed term contract until end of June 2025.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Customer Marketing team with various components of the field activation plans.

  • Providing administrative support to dedicated Field sales teams

  • Supporting the Sales Operations Manager with the delivery of all toolkit requirements for the Field Sales teams

  • Be across all details of the activation calendar and communicating specific information in relation to activity to the Sales Teams

  • Assisting the Sales Operations team in bringing together the sales cycle (and State based) events

  • Facilities support within the Melbourne office (general office coordination, couriers and stationery etc)

  • Advanced administration skills including experience with the full Microsoft suite
