This is a Hybrid position located in Japan. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
- You will be aligned with the Global Consumer Sales strategy and support the Japan sales strategy and execution plan to achieve revenue goals and operational excellence.
- You will be driving a high-performing, innovative, and collaborative team culture focused on exceeding revenue targets.
- You will be developing strategic plans to grow market share in Japan’s retail consumer segment while coordinating with sales and functional teams. You will be responsible for managing accurate sales pipelines, forecasting, and spending plans to boost topline performance.
- You will be building direct relationships with new mobile shop partners to identify growth areas and develop accounts into revenue opportunities.
- You will be collaborating with partners and internal teams to provide insights that enhance market presence and brand awareness.
- You will be staying updated on cybersecurity trends and delivering impactful presentations to position McAfee as the number one security provider for partners and end users.
About you:
- 5+ years of sales experience including a deep focus and track record within the Japan Retail market. Your history should include a focus on the consumer technology market or relevant sales experience in the cybersecurity industry.
- Effective executive communication skills in both Japanese and English is necessary, including verbal and written
- You are energized with an ability to communicate vision, strategy, and the business value McAfee’s solutions and concepts bring to our consumer customers.
- A history leading in driving and collaborating to achieving multi-millions quota targets is a key requirement along with “can do” attitude and solution-based approach.
- You have a proven sales history calling on Japan Consumer business.
- With operational excellent in mind, your dedicated attention to pipeline development/ forecasting / resource & budget management / relationship management will be essential to achieving the goals of this opportunity.
