Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients within the flexible packaging industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer requirements and delivering tailored packaging solutions.
  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and consistent service excellence.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of flexible packaging materials, technologies, industry standards, and market trends.
  • Provide both technical and commercial expertise to recommend the most suitable packaging solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to support account growth and maximize revenue.
  • Design and implement strategic account plans to increase sales volume, market share, and overall profitability.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms and agreements, ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers by assessing packaging requirements and coordinating successful project implementation.
  • Deliver ongoing consultation to enhance customers’ packaging efficiency, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, R&D, quality, and logistics) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to propose innovative and competitive packaging solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and market insights.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to quality, delivery, or performance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct training sessions and share technical knowledge to help customers maximize the value and effectiveness of packaging solutions.
