Job Summary
The People Manager oversees both strategic account execution and team management for the DENSO account, a key NXP Japan customer. This role focuses on expanding business in MCU and SoC sectors to strengthen long-term relationships and system-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership: Execute strategies aligned with NXP’s objectives, drive revenue growth, develop MCU/SoC go-to-market plans, and identify priority opportunities within DENSO.
- Executive Engagement: Prepare and support high-level meetings, communicate value propositions, provide executive materials, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- People Management: Lead the account team, align skills and resources, set targets, conduct reviews, coach team members, and plan for succession.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal stakeholders, coordinate roadmaps and technical positioning, and manage escalations.
- Account Governance & Risk Management: Monitor forecasts and opportunities, manage risks, and ensure stable account performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in automotive semiconductor sales or account management.
- Proven people management background.
- System-level business expansion at Tier-1 customers (DENSO experience preferred).
- Strong Japanese and English communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive E/E architectures, especially MCU and SoC.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
