Role Overview:
The Sales & Account Manager is responsible for
converting qualified leads into paying customers while managing client
relationships throughout the sales journey. This role directly impacts company
revenue through new client acquisition, account growth, and customer retention.
Scope of Work:
- Convert

daily stand-up meetings.

- Acquire 5–20 new clients per month.
- Generate £100–£500 Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Maintain
churn between 3–5%.
- Achieve 10–20% upsell revenue.
Qualifications:

Slack).

AI-generated work; prioritize authentic, human-created content and
communication.
- Collaborate
effectively with other virtual assistants and team members.
