Are you a seasoned sales professional passionate about forging strong partnerships and driving strategic growth? Axis Communications is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Manila, Philippines.

In this pivotal role, you'll be more than just a salesperson – you'll be a trusted partner. You'll identify exciting new business opportunities, deepen relationships with key end customers and channel partners, and ensure they unlock the full value of Axis's cutting-edge solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Growth: Develop strategic business plans and exceed sales targets for your focused accounts across the Philippines, including key regions like Davao and Cebu.
  • Forge Partnerships: Collaborate closely with customers, system integrators, distribution channels, and eco-system partners to craft and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Represent Axis: Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Empower Success: Train partners to build robust project pipelines and close impactful deals.
  • Report & Strategize: Provide timely sales reports that inform and drive our market expansion.

Who You Are:

We're looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, and ambitious individual who thrives on building relationships and overcoming challenges. You possess:

  • A strong technical background, ideally with knowledge of networking, IP-based/audio/bodyworn technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to function efficiently both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to embrace change and take on new challenges.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar sales position, preferably in indirect sales within the IT or Security industry.
  • Proven experience working with Consultants and Government segment customers is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical parameters for tender specifications is essential.
  • Experience with eco-system partners (software, network & hardware) to stitch together comprehensive solutions.

This role requires occasional travel, approximately one week per quarter, to connect with customers and partners across the region.
