  • Drive sales of products and services within an assigned territory, product portfolio, or customer base to achieve revenue and growth targets

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the organization’s market and growth strategy

  • Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage and document leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities while ensuring data accuracy and completeness

  • Analyze customer and opportunity data within SFDC to identify trends, generate insights, and monitor sales performance

  • Promote newly launched products and services and proactively support their successful market adoption

  • Assess customer needs, generate leads, respond to inquiries, and recommend suitable solutions

  • Develop and execute account plans while coordinating the necessary internal resources to support their implementation

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen market presence and develop successful customer strategies

  • Coordinate and participate in marketing initiatives across the assigned territory

  • Evaluate customer potential on a regular basis and implement plans to convert opportunities into business growth

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to establish long-term partnerships

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
