Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the organization’s market and growth strategy
Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage and document leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Analyze customer and opportunity data within SFDC to identify trends, generate insights, and monitor sales performance
Promote newly launched products and services and proactively support their successful market adoption
Assess customer needs, generate leads, respond to inquiries, and recommend suitable solutions
