InterSystems is seeking to hire an energetic, achievement-oriented Sales Account Manager who will contribute to the advancement of HIT adoption in the HealthCare setting, mainly in hospitals and with clinicians. 


The Sales Account Manager will play an integral role in increasing market share for InterSystems Saudi Arabia. Healthcare investment in KSA is expected to sustain a sharp increase over the coming years as demand for medical facilities and a wide range of healthcare services continues to surge.


The Sales Account Manager will focus on cultivating and ultimately managing current customers who will be the next generation of InterSystems Trakcare customers.



Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing customers and use reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new name business
  • Key advocate for the client and ensure that they receive a high level of service from ISC.
  • Passionate about understanding the client’s business needs and hold a holistic view of the client and their strategic plans.
  • This role collaborate across external and internal stakeholders to develop a strategic account plan for each assigned client, which then serves as a shared agreement of objectives and key success factors across the lifecycle of the customer
  • Lead a strategic planning processes for key accounts and develop account plans to ensure client’s optimum return on their TrakCare investment and the development of long term, secure and healthy revenue streams for ISC.
  • Recommends supplemental services, including additional training, to the client when appropriate.
  • Responsible for achievement of licence, implementation and support revenues.
  • Monitor user adoption, revenue, Accounts Receivable, and any contract renewals.
  • Motivate internal and external staff/resources to focus on desired business outcomes
  • Work with other members of the sales team to provide timely proposals to customers
  • Manage, escalate and resolve technical or contractual issues
  • Maintain awareness of industry sector and technological advances
  • Partnering with InterSystems internal stakeholders (technical, marketing and business development teams) to develop compelling solutions for current and prospective TrakCare customers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent listening, written and communication skills
  • Demonstrable track record of winning new name business
  • Experience of selling clinical and administrative application software to healthcare end users
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to invoicing.
  • Previous experience in managing and growing existing accounts 
  • Proven ability to present effectively at board level
  • A genuine interest and technical curiosity for software in the healthcare sector (ours and others)
