This role is purely focused on managing and growing existing and dormant client accounts. You’ll play a key role in driving business success through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling — not cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing and inactive clients

  • Identify growth opportunities and promote additional services

  • Conduct client meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Prepare strategic plans for account growth and client success

  • Hit monthly revenue and retention targets

  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term satisfaction and engagement



Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:


  • At least 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience

  • A background in recruitment, HR tech platforms, or HR-related services

  • A track record in client retention and upselling

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A consultative sales approach with strong commercial awareness

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
