The Opportunity
As a Sales Account Manager - Honeywell, you'll play a key role in expanding Honeywell's presence across the UAE by driving customer acquisition, growing strategic accounts, and developing strong channel relationships. You'll work closely with partners, customers, and vendor stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop winning sales strategies, and deliver sustainable business growth.

What You'll Accomplish
Own and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective customers, driving revenue, profitability, and market share for the Honeywell business.
Develop and execute account plans that identify new opportunities across Honeywell's solutions and services portfolio.
Create demand within the market by engaging customers, partners, and key decision-makers to uncover business challenges and position tailored solutions.
Work cross-functionally with vendor management, presales, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate sales cycles and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide reliable forecasting, and consistently deliver against quarterly and annual business objectives.
Proven experience in account management, channel sales, business development, or solution sales within the technology, distribution, automation, security, or infrastructure sectors.
Demonstrated ability to build executive-level customer relationships and successfully manage complex sales opportunities.
Strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and align solutions to customer outcomes.
A track record of achieving sales targets through customer-focused engagement, strategic planning, and effective stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
