Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Promoting SPTS equipment and technology in China Wafer Level Packaging market.
- Achieving sales targets as defined.
- Developing new markets for next-generation technologies.
- You will, at all times, aim to ensure that customers receive timely and efficient pre- and post-sales service, maintaining effective contact with all parties as agreed.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the SPTS, ICOS, Semi PC divisions and local GCO sales teams to define the strategy and execution for driving the sale of KLA products into wafer level packaging customers in China.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor preferred in a science related subject (preferably physics or chemistry)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to establish relationships at all levels, and to empathize with the customer.
- Fab experience or equipment supplier experience > 5 years
- Sales Manager/Executive experience > 5 years
- Ability to show initiate and drive to close issues
- Ability to resolve conflict to ensure that SPTS goals and objectives are met.
- An adaptable approach to working hours, locations and conditions.
- Self-motivation.
- Self-discipline.
- Be familiar with Wafer Level Packaging, RF, Power market is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
