About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive focused on driving new logo growth within the DACH region. This is a mid-career to senior-level role, perfect for a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of financial technology solutions and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

What you'll do

  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the DACH region, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyriba's market presence.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting.

  • Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyriba's solutions effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, customer success and legal, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in the DACH region.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos.

  • Strong understanding of treasury and financial processes. Ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings.

  • Ability to drive sales independently and create strong relationships with clients

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.

  • Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is €93,250.00 - €117,925.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
