Job Summary
This role is responsible for learning specific aspects of sales and marketing operations. The position supports sales representatives and account management personnel in prospecting, acquiring or renewing business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or Health Care OR 4 years health care/customer service experience involving independent work and judgment.
- General Lines - Life and Health state insurance license within the first 6 months in position.
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills; telephone, public relations, and customer skills; composing presentations, and summarizing findings.
- Analytical and math skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback; ability to represent company in sales or account management.
- PC proficiency and skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
- Ability to travel including overnight stays.
- Current Driver’s License in state of operations.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Health insurance experience or knowledge.
- Customer service or sales experience.

Base Pay Range$36,500.00 - $76,500.00
