About the Program
This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get an inside look at how a high-growth tech company generates revenue and scales its operations. As a Business Growth Strategist, you’ll fast-track your career in business at a B2B, SaaS startup. This is not your typical entry-level business role: we are looking for someone who is excited to help build and refine our overarching revenue growth strategy. You’ll help us innovate by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools - or even helping to research and deploy them - to drive strategic prospect engagement. If you’re curious about how to influence sales outcomes through connecting product knowledge to real business needs, this role is for you!
What you'll do at PersonaGrowth business experience
You’ll identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, and conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads for Persona
AI and tooling exposure
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to emerging AI technologies - whether by testing, using, or helping deploy tools that scale and improve how we discover new customers
Relationship management
You’ll build relationships with prospects by understanding their identity needs and challenges, and collaborate with Go-to-Market leads directly along the way
Impactful contributions
You’ll engage with prospects through effective communication, delivering exceptional service, and build relationships to create interest and generate sales opportunities
Product knowledge
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional development. You’ll stay up to date with market trends and competitive landscape and use this to help effectively position Persona across the sales and Go-to-market team
Accelerated career growth
This is a full-time position. Many members of this program graduate to positions across our Sales and Go-to-Market teams
What you'll bring to PersonaApplicable work or internship experience in any customer-facing role (sales and/or technology experience is a plus), with a track record of top performance

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - you can explain complex concepts to different audiences
A growth mindset - you are passionate about continuous learning and are eager to receive feedback and build upon your professional skillset

A Bachelor's degree in Business or any technical field is a plus!

Persona helps businesses manage KYC/AML/KYB programs, fight fraud, and build trust by automating any identity-related use case with our flexible identity infrastructure. For example, we help Branch automate their KYC process and Coursera verify learners’ identities before delivering course credentials.
Beyond securely collecting and verifying user information such as PII, government IDs, and biometric selfies, our platform also provides flexible case review and orchestration tools to help businesses streamline and automate their identity operations — from setting custom rules to ingesting third-party data and triggering external actions.
