As a Sales Acceleration Growth Manager at Mars, you will drive accelerated and quality growth of the Limited Assortment Retail (LAR) channel by converting strategy, data, and market signals into decisive actions with measurable impact. You will ensure that strategic directions are not only defined but effectively implemented in-market, equipping Key Account Managers (KAMs) and the Channel Head with sharp insights, clear priorities, and competitive advantage.
What will be your key responsibilities?Generate actionable insights by translating market, customer, and competitive data into clear growth recommendations.
Provide continuous market and competitive observation (market share, assortment, pricing, promotions), identifying opportunities and risks.
Implement SRM strategic directions (price, promo, tools) practically and scalable within the LAR sales team.
Equip KAMs with strong insights and customer-ready recommendations to maximize commercial impact.
Act as a connector between Sales and cross-functional teams (MS&D, Demand Planning), supporting forecast accuracy and optimal resource allocation.
Serve as a right-hand partner to the Channel Head, providing a holistic view of channel performance and supporting channel foundations and long-term development.
Ideally, you’ll have a university degree and around 3+ years’ experience in FMCG/CPG sales or demand, including at least 3 years in Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) or Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
You’ll be proactive, agile, and able to influence change while engaging cross-functional teams to support the Sales team.
