Lytegen is a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, dedicated to creating a sustainable future. We are currently looking for a passionate Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. customers regarding installations, service, and general inquiries.
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication on every interaction.
  • Manage customer retention by addressing issues quickly and preventing cancellations.
  • Follow-up proactively with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term trust.
  • Escalate technical or complex cases to relevant departments with complete details.
  • Update customer records accurately in CRM (Insightly / Ascent / HubSpot).
  • Maintain performance metrics for response time, resolution quality, and call handling.
  • Participate in ongoing product, service, and communication training.
    Deliver a “white-glove” experience on every call — professional tone, patience, and solution-orientation.

Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in U.S.-facing customer service or call-center roles (solar, telecom, or tech preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills — near-native fluency required.
  • Strong soft skills: empathy, listening, confidence, patience, and positivity.
  • Great voice quality and clarity — must sound professional on calls.
  • Comfortable handling retention and escalation conversations.
  • Proficient with CRMs, ticketing tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Organized, disciplined, and thrives under structure and accountability.
  • Team player who is not afraid to speak up and take initiative
