Requirements

Installation & Environment Setup

· Install and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ on Linux environment.

· Deploy IdentityIQ WAR files on Apache Tomcat application servers.

· Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ with MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or other supported databases.

· Configure JVM settings, datasource connections, memory parameters, and application server settings.

· Perform environment builds for Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

· Configure IdentityIQ clustering and task servers where required

IdentityIQ Configuration

· Configure IdentityIQ system settings and global configurations.

· Configure IQService for Active Directory integrations.

· Set up Connector Gateway components and application connectors.

· Configure JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, Mainframe, Tivoli integrations.

· Configure workgroups, populations, password policies, and email templates.

· Configure lifecycle events and provisioning settings.

Good-to-Have:

· Support CI/CD processes using Jenkins and version control repositories.

· Perform application upgrades and migration activities.

· Validate deployment packages and monitor deployment success.

· Support release and change management processes.
