Oasis Solutions is seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive to help organizations improve operational performance, financial visibility, and scalability through Sage Intacct solutions. This is not a transactional software sales role. We are looking for a business-minded hunter who can prospect aggressively, communicate confidently with executives, and drive complex opportunities through a disciplined sales process.
What You’ll Do
· Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
· Conduct executive-level discovery conversations with CFOs, CEOs, Owners, and operational leaders
· Position paid assessment engagements that lead to long-term recurring revenue relationships
· Manage opportunities through complex buying and decision cycles
· Collaborate internally with consulting and delivery teams
· Maintain disciplined CRM, pipeline, and activity management
· Operate with urgency, accountability, and ownership
What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of B2B sales experience
· At least 1 year of cold hunting and proactive prospecting
· Experience selling SaaS, technology, financial, or advisory-based solutions
· Strong executive communication and presentation skills
· Business acumen and operational curiosity
· Competitive, resilient, and coachable mindset
· Ability to create urgency and maintain consistent prospecting activity
· Comfort managing long sales cycles and complex buying committees
· CRM proficiency and organizational discipline
· A professional who sees themselves as an advisor and business problem solver
Compensation & Opportunity
· Expected Year 1 earnings: $90K–$110K
· Expected Year 2+ earnings: $130K+
