Coordinates marketing execution across email, social media, partner programs, events, and reporting. Manages HubSpot data hygiene, campaigns, contact lists, content calendars, and performance tracking. Supports partner deal registrations, MDF and co-op reimbursements, prospect research using ZoomInfo, event logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Client Success. Drafts marketing materials and uses AI tools to improve content development, research, segmentation, personalization, and workflow efficiency.

Leads ERP consulting engagements and multi-phase implementations, including process analysis, solution design, project delivery, client training, testing, go-live support, troubleshooting, and scope management. Mentors consulting staff, supports sales engineering and product demonstrations, manages client communications, and oversees engagement profitability and billable targets. Requires master-level competency in NetSuite, Sage, or related ERP products and experience leading concurrent projects and implementation teams.

Lead full NetSuite implementations, consult on business improvements, manage engagements, train clients, and collaborate on custom solutions.
