Why This Role Matters
Responsible for analyzing and monitoring SG&A expenses to support strategic decisions through variance analysis and actionable insights. Collaborates on budgeting and forecasting, consolidates financial reporting across teams, and communicates results to stakeholders. Leads process improvements and develops policies to enhance efficiency. Acts as a trusted business partner, guiding cross-functional teams toward cost-effective and performance-driven outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Expense Analysis: Reviews and monitors the organization’s selling, general, and administrative expenses to offer clear and timely insights that help guide strategic and operational planning. Moves beyond consolidation by evaluating variances, providing clear context behind key changes, and sharing practical suggestions to highlight cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement. 

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborates with finance and other relevant departments to develop budgets and forecasts for SAG, interpret financial information on costs, prepare monthly reports to management and budget owners. Acts as a trusted business partner by delivering insights to senior management and business leaders.  

  • Reporting & Communication: Supports coordination and consolidation of reports across cluster finance teams, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Prepares clear, accessible presentations and shares financial insights with local stakeholders to enable informed planning and decision-making.

  • Process Development & Continuous Improvement: Develops and implements processes and guidelines related to SAG (e.g. expense reimbursement policies, travel guidelines, procurement policies, etc.). Continuously improves the efficiency of forecasting, reporting, and tracking processes, and contributes to ongoing FP&A SAG initiatives. 

  • Collaboration and Business Partnering: Works closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to SAG. Provides guidance, challenges assumptions, and facilitates discussions to drive cost-conscious and performance-oriented decisions across the organization. 

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of progressively more responsible of cross functional experience in various financial roles, including both corporate and operational finance (FP&A experience is preferred) 

  • Experienced with SAP and finance reporting tools; advanced Excel and Power BI skills for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting automation

  • Strong knowledge of accounting rules (local, US GAAP and IFRS), and proven understanding of Financials statements ((P&Ls, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) 

  • Experienced in finance business partnering with sales/marketing operations knowledge; proactive, process-oriented, and skilled at optimizing workflows for efficiency

  • Ability to lead teams through processes and projects improvements - focused on getting groups “on board” with new processes and techniques 

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; recognized accounting qualification, i.e. ACCA, CIMA, ACA - nice to have)  

  • Fluent English
