Your team 

By joining our Czech team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a high-performance and enthusiastic software development team in a friendly and dynamic work environment.  

You will have the occasion to get in contact with different NXP teams (system teams, hardware designers, customers engineers, etc.), give feedback, and propose solutions. 

Your responsibilities:

• Implementation of professional Industrial Functional Safety SW
• Architect various Functional Safety concepts together with architects and HW team
• Collect and analyze customer-specific needs on Functional Safety
• Follow software development process and quality standards

Your profile:

• Embedded programming experience in C  
• General microcontroller architecture know-how 
• Debugging skills for embedded targets and low-level software 
• Experience in functional safety is an advantage
• Experience with the software development processes and quality standards is an advantage
• A pragmatic person with own proactivity to solve the incoming issues, high independence level
• Willingness and ability to learn new trends
• Team player to keep excellent team spirit and information sharing
• Good command of English and communication skills

What can you expect?

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract.

The Brno office is very new and modern and has got its cafeteria. The Roznov office is older, but we love it anyway. Roznov is an old spa town with a wide choice of very good restaurants thanks to the recreational town atmosphere and we have the time to enjoy our lunch sessions.
