We are looking for a motivated and skilled Safety Specialist to join the Operations Business Unit in Grassobbio (BG). The selected candidate will support the Operations office in the organisational and managerial aspects related to the preparation and execution of projects, as well as provide functional support to the department.
Key Accountabilities:
- Preparation of pre-construction documentation (drawings and CAD layouts, management of Safety Plans (POS), documents and safety portals).
- Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers to collect documentation and ensure the proper execution of activities
- Organizational and administrative support for the site: material orders, document archiving, deadline tracking and supplier management.
Requirements
- Technical high school diploma
- Knowledge of 2D CAD
- Proficiency in Excel / MS Office
- Knowledge of the English language
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Residence close to the workplace (Grassobbio)
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 1–2 years of experience in technical back office or safety roles
- Familiarity with construction site organization and operations
