The PV & BESS Engineer will support the design and construction of large-scale renewable energy projects, including technical evaluations and compliance assessments, while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead renewable energy construction projects from planning through commissioning. Manage schedules, budgets, contractors, site teams, compliance, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and client relationships to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget.

Manage day-to-day construction site operations for renewable energy projects, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing health and safety and quality standards, controlling resources and costs, maintaining documentation and reporting, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Lead and execute risk-based internal audits across operational functions: perform risk assessments, develop audit programs and reports, conduct fieldwork and testing, evaluate internal controls, identify risks and actionable recommendations, drive implementation of action plans, monitor audit progress and timelines, and support continuous process improvement.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth in distributed energy initiatives, manage client engagements, and oversee proposal development and commercial negotiations.

The P&C Analyst will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial report development, variance analysis, and improving reporting tools and databases.
