About the Role:
As a Safety Specialist, you will support the Safety Manager and Safety Director in driving safety improvements, fostering a caring culture, and maintaining high safety standards across KONE. You will collaborate with global, area, and unit teams to uphold the KONE Way for Safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and enhance KONE’s safety management system, emphasizing worker, user, and third-party safety.
Act as a role model to cultivate a culture of safety and active care.
Provide professional advice on safety matters and support unit safety teams.
Plan and execute projects to improve safety practices, working closely with customers and partners.
Monitor safety risks and develop effective management tools.
Conduct safety audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Investigate incidents and manage corrective and preventive actions.
Promote safety awareness through training, communication, and sharing best practices.
Are You the One?
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree graduate
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Certified “A Class Occupational Safety Specialist”
Minimum 3 years of field and documentation experience as a Safety Specialist
In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety law and related regulations
Preferably knowledgeable in elevator, escalator, maintenance TSE and EN standards as well as repair and installation work
Advanced skills in using MS Office programs
Ability to train and manage people effectively and communicate proactively
Strong skills in incident investigation, auditing, analysis, and problem-solving
High level of teamwork and collaboration ability
Willingness to travel without restrictions (40% of the time)
Valid B Class driving license with active driving experience
Residing in İzmir or Antalya.
