- Work with manufacturing team members to ensure safety procedures are understood and followed.
- Devote time to being on the manufacturing floor for continuous improvement activities that promote safety and health at work.
- Accurate recording and maintenance of EHS documents.
- Lead/Participate in Monthly Facility Inspections.
- Complete Daily Walk-through of the Manufacturing Facility.
- Perform Risk Assessments; Identify Risk and Implement Controls to Reduce
- Assist with maintenance of an Approved Chemical List/Inventory; Safety Data Sheets– Management
- Creation of safety documents and records (e.g. procedures, checklists, charts, graphs); in conjunction with document and record control procedures.
- Present safety information as needed. This includes, but is not limited to the following: Employee orientation and training, Meetings (e.g. department/production meetings, management meetings).
- Gain knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety programs.
