Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Administers and audits Safety and Compliance processes and procedures as set forth by the Safety Department to ensure DOT and FMCSR adherence.

  • Updates CDLs, DOT physicals, MVRs, and CA Pull Notices (CA Employees only) within Infinium and DQ files on an ongoing basis. Researches any issues with received documentation.
  • Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
  • Provides training to new Safety/Compliance personnel.
  • Follows up with Operations personnel to ensure safety training and disciplinary actions required by the Safety department are carried out per Company policy.
  • Performs audits of scanned Driver Qualification (DQ) files. .
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 1 year of safety/compliance experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office suite; attention to detail; motivated; and self-starter.
