  • Manage safeguarding notifications and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Coordinate safeguarding cases, actions, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up of actions.
  • Support and advise operational teams on safeguarding processes.
  • Coordinate Ready to Respond meetings and Safeguarding Advice Line activity.
  • Track safeguarding risks, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and reporting obligations.
Essential / Desirable Experience
  • Experience in within a regulated environment
  • Experience with auditing for a large organisation (Childcare, schools, healthcare)
  • Experience with compliance and safeguarding
  • Strong organisation, documentation, and record-keeping skills
  • Knowledge of governance, audit, and regulatory processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable Experience
  • Experience with safeguarding, Ofsted notifications, or LADO referrals
  • Background in early years, education, healthcare, or another regulated sector
  • Knowledge of case management or HR systems (e.g. Workday)
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance reviews
Qualifications
  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable
