As a Lead Developer for our Financial Planning and Consolidation Platforms and Solutions, you'll be working with the solution architect, driving the design, development, and maintenance of our planning and consolidation systems. Your role is pivotal in managing and executing change requests, enhancements, projects, and solutions that streamline and improve our financial consolidation and planning processes. You’ll also be charged with platform configuration and testing and prototyping new technology enhancements. This role involves technical expertise, and financial acumen to ensure our financial planning systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
Your responsibilities:

Design and Development: Work with Solution Architect in design and lead development, and unit testing of change requests, enhancements, and project solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Platform Configuration: Configure and customize financial planning & consolidation platforms to optimize functionality and system performance.

Daily Support: Provide ongoing 3rd Level support and monitoring of financial solutions, resolving issues to maintain system integrity.

Documentation and Compliance: Document system configurations and changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Our expectations:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

5-10 years' experience with applications like SAP BPC, IP and SAC required
-
SAP planning and/or Reporting work streams of financial consolidation and planning systems.

Hands-on experience on SAC as a planning tool.

Demonstrates technical experience with SAP Analytics technologies: SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP Fiori and other BI/visualization tools

Good Understanding of SAP data structures, End to End dataflow, SAC Planning, SAC predictive capabilities, forecasting, etc.

Understanding of SAC security configuration and data locking to support planning process

Experience in creating analytical application and using advanced formula is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Hybrid office presence policy – 4 days at office + 1 day WFH

Typical Working Hours – 9 hrs between 10:30 AM and 9:30 PM IST
